The health and safety of our members, employees, and the community is of the utmost concern for us at Advantage Plus FCU. Following the guidelines of the White House and the CDC’s latest recommendations for social distancing and gathering sizes, Advantage Plus FCU will be closing all of our lobbies effective March 19, 2020. The drive-up windows will remain open during normal business hours.
Although we strongly encourage members to use our many self serve options - such as mobile banking and our ATM network - our drive-up window will continue to deliver our full services. Our night drop boxes can be utilized 24-hours a day as well. Our branches will remain fully staffed with our member service representatives and loan officers who will continue to serve you to the best of our ability. If you need assistance with setting up home or mobile banking you may call your local branch and speak with a representative who will be happy to assist you. Members will be able to receive cash as needed from the drive-up window, our ATM’s, or even the cash back option at most point-of-sale terminals. We are able to complete loan applications with our eSignature option or by appointment if you would like to sign in person. We are committed to helping you to continue as normal while maintaining the health and safety of our employees, members, and families.
